Dear THE BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP-colleague,
As recently communicated, THE BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP has decided to migrate your mobile subscription from ORANGE to the PROXIMUS-network.
Naturally, your current number will still apply, but for technical reasons you will be issued with a new Proximus eSIM.
Pending the migration, which is scheduled as of Tuesday 02/09/2025 (click here to find your exact migration date);
The new Proximus eSIM will only be activated after the network transfer has been completed towards the Proximus-network (+/- 1 to 3 working days).
In order to avoid long-term network interruptions the transfer will only be implemented if at the time of migration you are physically present in Belgium.
If this is not the case, you should notify us (click here) so that we can implement the transfer at another time.
To ensure a smooth transition, you must meet the following requirements.
If you believe you will not meet them,
please click here to postpone your migration to a later wave before 28/08/2025:
- You must be physically located in Belgium, during the migration.
- A stable WiFi connection is required throughout the migration.
- Your laptop should be accessible during or shortly after the migration.
Please Note:
- The deadline to request a postponement is 28/08/2025.
Please submit your request to be migrated at a later wave through this site by that date. - In rare cases, the migration may be delayed by 1 to 3 days due to the operator transfer process.
While we cannot control this delay, we will closely monitor the migration and step in if needed. - Please use this link to request support during the migration.

DIGITAL eSIM:
For those who are specified to receive a Digital eSIM,
will only receive this from Proximus by e-mail when the network transfer from Orange to Proximus actually has taken effect.
This email comes from service@proximus.com (= Please do not email to this email address, as this is a 'no-reply' mailbox.)
and will be delivered to your professional email address (= ALSO MAKE SURE to keep an eye on your SPAM folder).
To activate the eSIM, your device must be connected to a WiFi network.

- Mobile internet services may be temporarily unavailable after the network transfer.
- In this case, check/configure based on the interactive manual on www.proximus.be/mobilehelp
and follow the instructions on "Connect to mobile internet".
